Hannah Rae Powell
Hannah is a Graphic Designer and Artist who has had the immense privilege of growing, learning and creating on the land of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation.
From 2017 to 2022, Hannah ran a successful small business selling illustrative fine art prints. During this time, she was regularly a stall holder at Finders Keepers Market, Heide Market and Emu Plains. Her affiliations with esteemed fashion brands, including Dr. Marten’s, Ohsevendays, Graceland, and Oktoberdee expanded avenues for her designs.
Her illustrations were featured in Frankie Magazine and also, more recently on a lot of people’s skin (in tattoo form).
Alongside artistic pursuits, Hannah has worked as a diligent and strategic Commercial Graphic Designer, with a career spanning 10 years, 4 of those
spent with IKEA.
Concurrently (and somewhat delusionally) Hannah is also pursuing a Master's in Counselling and is passionate about working in the intersection of mental health and design. She is particularly inspired by the concept of art as therapy.
As predicted in a prophetic vision from a Springvale Psychic, she is also going to write a book…
